Able to answer the phone in one hand, type in data with another and maneuver a tattoo needle with yet another, Ursula is the master of multi-tasking.

Likely the first cheerful voice you'll encounter at Award Productions, she most recently honed her communications skills in the customer service department at Monster.com.

Away from the phones, Ursula paints murals, designs tattoos and creates one-of-a-kind family crest heirlooms featuring topographical maps of your country of origin. Her knowledge of Ireland's counties, rivers and hills will blow you away.

Contrary to the sensational first line of this bio, Ursula actually does not inject ink into any of her clients - deferring that task to licensed professionals. However, her acclaimed tattoo designs are now in heavy demend in Central Massachusetts. Specialties include Celtic crosses, fairies on crescent moons, exotic dogs, snakes and birds.

Ironically, she is ink-free. "I would never get one," she confesses. "Tattoos are nice on other people, they're just not for me".

Originally from Northern Ireland, Ursula is also a daring adventure traveler. Jaunts have included a Chinese New Year's party in Hong Kong, a wedding and reception split between Croatia and Bosnia-Herzagovina, and a treacherous tour of Portugal's most dangerous water parks.
