Beth Hoffeditz
Editor / Recovering Literary Snob
Beth, our most passionate devotee of Final Cut Pro, recently fled her hometown of Yorktown, Virginia, after she could no longer stomach the region's high population of costumed historical characters.
In her childhood, Beth would often frolic in the meadows where Lord Cornwallis surrendered to General Washington. When the frolicking subsided in her early 20's, she later edited educational videos for the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation.
Beth is a producer of "Richmond Road", a documentary about "one of the most touristy roads you'll ever come across" that chronicles the death of a drive-in movie theatre and a local carnival to make room for hotels and chain restaurants.
She's also the consummate name-dropper, having once rubbed elbows with former Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor, and also current Justice Antonin Scalia at "a slightly awkward dinner".
Ready to perform at your next corporate event, Beth plays the bassoon and is an influential alumna of the Nu Kappa Epsilon music sorority. An unrepentant English major in college, she's a self-described "literature snob" who has recently strayed away from John Steinbeck novels to explore a wider range of genres.
