“Hell Drivers: America's Original Crash Test Dummies” celebrates the spirit of insane county fair daredevils who smash garbage trucks, school busses and motorhomes for little more than gas money and applause.

The Hell Drivers carry on the tradition of the Great American Auto Thrill Shows that inspired generations of stuntmen, including Evel Knievel. For these guys, almost dying is the only way to live.

Currently being developed into a reality TV series, the documentary won the coveted “Golden Wheel” award at the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame and the audience award for best documentary at the Hell’s Half Mile Film & Music Festival outside Detroit.
